Durotan was Thrall’s father and Warchief of the Frostwolf orc clan on Draenor. When Gul’dan made the orcs drink Mannoroth’s blood, Durotan was one of the few to refuse and forbid his clan from drinking. As a result, they were banished to Azeroth, where they settled in Alterac shortly before Durotan’s assassination.
