Expansion: Wrath of the Lich King (2008, AKA WotLK or “Wrath”) is World of Warcraft’s second expansion. It’s mostly set in Northrend, the frozen Northern continent of Azeroth home to the sentient dragons, the old titan keepers and their giants, old god Yogg-Saron and the Lich King and his undead army. The main story revolves around the mortal armies’ war against the Lich King and his conquest for Azeroth.
